GAIRNSAIN OR DEHRADUN? :WHICH SHOULD BE THE CAPITAL OF UTTARAKHAND???????????????

GAIRSAIN OR DEHRADUN? :WHICH SHOULD BE THE CAPITAL UTTARAKHAND?

UTTARAKHAND IS A STATE IN NORTHERN INDIA WHICH IS ALMOST COVERED WITH THE HIMALAYAS EXCLUDING THE HARIDWAR AND USN DISTRICTS.THIS STATE WAS WORSE HIT BY THE FLASH FLOODS OF 2013 LAST YEAR.ALMOST ALL THE PLACES IN THE UTTARAKHND WERE FEVER STRICKEN DUE TO THIS DISASTER IN THEIR ECONOMY,CULTURE AND THEIR HEARTS OF LOOSING EACH AND EVERY THING IN THE DISASTER.THIS WAS ALL ABOUT THE STATE WITH THIRTEEN DISTRICTS WHO WILL BE 14 YEAR OLD ON 19TH NOVEMBER 2014.IT IS A VERY BIG ISSUE ABOUT ITS CAPITAL AS IT IS NOT SURE THAT WHICH PLACE SHOULD BE ITS CAPITAL.

TEMPORARILY IT IS DEHRADUN.BEFORE THE MAKING OF UTTARAKHAND IT WAS DECIDED TO MAKE GAIRNSAIN AS THE CAPITAL OF THE UTTARAKHAND AS IT LIES IN THE CENTRE OF THE UTTARAKHAND IN THE GARHWAL LOKSABHA SEAT AND IS CONSIDERED AS THE BIGGEST TOWN IN THE BORDER OF GARHWAL AND KUMAON.GAIRNSAIN IS A GOOD PLACE JUST LIKE A HILL STATION.IT HAS A COOL CLIMATE ALMOST THROUGH OUT THE YEAR.AND EVEN THE BRITISHERS GAVE THE PROPOSAL TO MAKE IT AS A CAPITAL OF BRITISH GARHWAL AND OCCUPIED KUMAON.BUT THEN ALSO THE PROPOSAL WAS NOT SENT ANY MORE AND THE GAIRNSAIN'S DREAM REMAINED THE DREAM OTHERWISE IT WOULD HAD BECOME AS IF LIKE SHIMAL.PEOPLE OF UTTARAKHAND FOUGHT MANY WARS TO UNIFY THEMSELVES FROM THE GORKHA'S,BRITISHERS AND THE UTTAR PRADESH PROVINCE.UTTARAKHAND WAS MADE IN 2000 AND THE PROPOSED CAPITAL GAIRNSAIN WAS FAILED BY THE NEW GOVEERNMENT.ALONG WITH THAT THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT POSSESSED SOME MORE PROBLEMS WHICH I WILL DISCUSS IN THE NEXT EPISODE.HOW EVER THE CITY OF UTTARAKHAND WAS MADE ITS TEMPORARY CAPITAL UNTILL THE GOVERNMENT FINDS ANY OTHER CAPITAL FOR IT.THE UTTARAKHAND'S REVOLUTIONARIES GAVE THEIR LIVES TO UNIFY THE REGION OF GARHWAL AND KUMAON AND DREAMT OF OUR GOOD FUTURE AND GAIRNSAIN AS THE DREAM CITY AS A CAPITAL OF THE NEW STATE UTTARAKHAND.GAIRNSAIN DEALT WITHE THE COMMON PROBLRMS OF ''THE REAL PEOPLES OF UTTARAKHAND'' THE GARHWALIS,KUMAONIS,BHOTIYAS,AND JAUNSARIS.HOW EVER WHEN DEHRADUN WAS MADE THE CAPITAL OF UTTARAKHAND.THIS WA VERY DISGUSTING FOR THE PEOPLES OF PAHAD AS THEIR DREAM WAS FADING BEFORE THEIR EYES OF BA PAHADI STATE OF GARHWAL AND KUMAON.THE DREAM OF DEVELOPMENT FOR THBE REASON WE SEEKED INDEPENDENCE WAS GOING AWAY.DEHRADUN IS FINE ITS A GOOD CITY ,BETTER AGRICULTURE,SCHOOLING AND RESIDENTS AND MOREOVER NO PROBLEMS LIKE PAHAD AND THE REAL PEOPLE OF UTTARAKHAND DONT WANT THIS BEAUSE STATE OF PAHAD SHOULD REMAIN AND ACT LIKE A HILLY STATE AND NOT LIKE THAT OF A STATE OF PLAINS.UTTARAKHAND IS THE ONLY HILLY STATE WHOSE CAPITAL IS NOT IN PAHAD.DEHRADUN PROVIDES COMFORT BUT IT WONT BE ABLE TO LISTEN TO THE REAL PEOPLE OF UTTARAKHAND.

FROM ALMOST 90% OF THE PLACES OF GARHWAL AND ALL OF THE KUMAON REGION GAIRNSAIN IS MUCH NEAR THAN DEHRADUN AND MOREOVER THEY WILL REACH DELHI EARLIER THAN DEHRADUN.PEOPLE OF UTTARAKHAND NEEDS DEVELOPMENT WHICH WILL BE POSSIBLE ONLY WHEN THE CAPITAL WILL BE IN MOUNTAINS.

BECAUSE OF DEHRADUN THE RATE OF URBANIZATION IN PAHAD HAS INCREASED VERY MUCH AND IT COULD BE SOLVED ONLY WHEN THE CAPITAL WILL BE IN PAHAD LIKE GAIRSAIN.THE GAIRNSAIN CAN BECOME LIKE SHIMLA IF THE GOVERNMENT WILL DO SOME EFFORTS.LAST YEAR'S FLOOD TRAGEDY WAS REALLY VERY DEVASTATING AND HEART RENDING BUT MOST OF THE GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS WERE NOT ABLE TO UNDER STAND THE SITUATION PROPERLY AND THUS THE GOVERNMENT WORK WAS NOT THAT MUCH EFFECTIVE.BUT IF THE CAPITAL WOULD HAD BEEN IN GAIRSAIN THEN AT LEAST THE GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS WOULD HAVE EXPERIENCED THE CASUALITY AND THEIR WORK WOULD BE SOME MORE EFFECTIVE

CM.BAHUGUNA INSTALLED A MAP OF VIDHAN SABHA BHAVAN AT GAIRNSAIN AND CM.HARISH RAWAT DID ONE SESSION OF BILLS IN GAIRNSAIN.BUT THIS WAS ALSO JUST LIKE SHOW OFF NO ONE CARES OF HILL AND ONE DAY PAHAD ALONG WITH ITS CULTURE,CUSTOMS,PROFESSIONS,FOLKS AND PEOPLE WILL FADE AWAY IN THIS WORLD.
''A BIG THANKS TO THE MORTARS(शाहीद ) OF UTTARAKHAND ANDOLAN SHOULD BE REMEMBERED BY ALL OF US.''

ARE THERE ANY CHANCE OF CIVIL WAR IN INDIA?

INDIA IS SUCH A BIG NATION AND IS TOO MUCH DIVERSE THAN ANY OTHER NATION IN THIS WORLD IN CASE OF RELIGION,CULTURE,CASTE TRIBE,LANGUAGE,THINKING ,COLOUR,VEGETATION,GEOGRAPHY,ETC. IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO LEAD A COUNTRY WHICH IS DIVERSE AT EVERY MILE.THEREBY THERE ARE MANY CHANCES OF CONFLICTS BETWEEN TWO SOCIETIES. WE CAN SAY THAT INDIA IS UNITED FROM KASHMIR TO KANYAKUMARI AND FROM GUJARAT TO ARUNACHAL PRADESH INDIA IS UNITED AND WE ALL ARE INDIAN BUT SOME WHERE OR THE OTHER PLACE IN INDIA IS ALWAYS HAVING SOME PROBLEM OF REGIONAL CONFLICTS.MAOWADIS ARE THE BIGGEST AND THE MOST INFAMOUS GROUP OF INDIA WHICH POSSES THREAT TO THE NATIONAL UNITY AND STRENGTH WHO ARE THE YOUNGSTERS.

THERE ARE CERTAIN DIVIDING ELEMENTS IN OUR SOCIETY DUE TO WHICH  THE YOUNGSTERS ARE BLOWN MORE TO THE FIRE OF ANTI-NATIONALISM.MAOWADIS OF OUR NATION ALSO DOES THE SAME.THEY COLLECT THE YOUNGSTERS AND MOSTLY THE TEENAGERS ( BECAUSE THEY ARE EASY TO MAKE THEM FEEL THAT THEIR THINKING IS GOOD AND THEY SHOULD JOIN THEM )  AND DO THEIR BRAIN WASH AND TRIES THEM UNDER STAND THEIR WAY OF THINKING OF ANTI-NATIONALISM.BUT SOME WHERE HERE ALSO THE CORRUPT MECHANISM OF OUR GOVERNMENT RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL THIS PROBLEM BECAUSE MOST OF THE MAOWADIS ARE FROM THE TRIBAL GROUPS OF INDIA WHO HAVE BEEN LOOTED AND PLUNDERED BY THE GOVERNMENT. THEY WERE DONE SO AT THE TIME OF BRITISHERS ALSO BUT THERE IS A PROVERB IN GARHWALI THAT ''भितरे  चोट भैरे चोट बटीं ज्यदा कष्ट देंदी च। ''-MEANING THAT THE INJURY DONE BY AN HOME MATE IS MORE HARMFUL THAN THAT OF AN OUTSIDE BECAUSE THE INJURY MADE  BY AN INSIDIOUS HURTS STRAIGHTLY TO THE HEART.FOR INSTANCE WHEN THE GOVERNMENT GAVE PROMISES THAT THEY WILL OPEN FREE SCHOOLS,FREE HOSPITALS FOR THE POOR,UNDER PRIVILEGED AND SOCIETY-DISCRIMINATED TRIBAL WHOM THE GOVERNMENT DIDN'T MATTERED AND NOW THEY ARE IMPOSING MATTERS OVER GOVERNMENT BUT THEN ALSO THOSE TRIBAL ARE ONLY DISCRIMINATED.THERE ARE MANY OTHER EXAMPLES LIKE WHERE THERE ARE INTER-RELIGIOUS VIOLENCE AS THE EXAMPLE ARE GUJARAT VIOLENCE OF 2002 WHERE THERE WERE VERY HARSH CONFLICTS BETWEEN THE HINDU AND THE MUSLIM COMMUNITIES.

MANY PEOPLES HAD TO LOOSE THEIR LIVES AND THEIR DEAR ONES.IF WE ASK ABOUT LANGUAGE,IN NORTH INDIA IT IS CONSIDERED THAT HINDI IS THE NATIONAL LANGUAGE OF INDIA BUT IN SOUTH INDIA THEY DON'T CONSIDER THAT HINDI IS THEIR NATIONAL LANGUAGE AND CONSIDER IT AS A MYTH AND AS ONE OF THE OFFICIAL LANGUAGE OF INDIA WHICH IS TRUE BECAUSE THERE ARE NO OFFICIAL DOCUMENTS WHICH PROVES THAT HINDI BEING OUR NATIONAL LANGUAGE.THIS TYPE OF VIOLENCE IS SEEN IN EVERY PART OF THE COUNTRY.THIS VIOLENCE IS INCREASING RAPIDLY AND WE REALLY NEED SOMEONE TO HOLD OUR NATIONAL INTEGRITY OF OUR NATION.AS WE CAN SEE OUR YOUTH POPULATION IS GROWING MUCH FASTER AND THEY ARE BECOMING MORE SENSITIVE TO THEIR REGION SO THEN IT MIGHT AROUSE THEM TO JOIN SOME TYPE OF ANTI-NATIONAL AND REGIONAL CLUBS DUE TO WHICH THERE WILL BE MANY CHANCES OF CIVIL WAR IN INDIA BY 2022.IF OUR GOVERNMENT WILL BE CORRUPT THEN THE SHORT MINDED PEOPLE WILL GET A BIG SPACE TO BREAK THE NATIONAL INTEGRITY.OUR YOUTH HAVE TO BECOME MORE INTELLIGENT AND BECOME MORE AND MORE AWARE OF THE SOCIETY SO THAT THEY CAN KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE GOOD AND THE BAD.IF THEY WILL BE LIMITED TO THEIR OWN REGION AND NOT EXPLORE THE WORLD THEN THEY CAN DO SOME THING BAD WHICH WILL BECOME WORST FOR THE EXISTENCE OF OUR NATION.TO MAINTAIN THE NATIONAL STRENGTH OUR GOVERNMENT AND OUR YOUTH HAVE TO WORK TOGETHER AND REMOVER ALL THE SOCIAL EVILS OF THE SOCIETY.OUR NATION IS NOT WEAK BUT HOW WE TAKES OUR NATION AS A BEING IN OUR THOUGHTS MATTERS.WE HAVE TO MAKE UP OUR MIND TO KEEP THE SPIRIT OF THE NATION ALIVE.TILL THERE IS A SPIRIT OF THE NATION ALIVE NO ONE CAN HARM US BECAUSE STRENGTH IS THERE IN UNITY ONLY AND OUR DEMOCRACY PROVES IT.
OUR CONSTITUTION ALSO HELPS OUR COUNTRY TO REMAIN UNITED BUT WHEN THE PEOPLE OF THE NATION WON'T RESPECT IT HOW WILL THE NATION DEVELOP AND WILL KEEP ITSELF UNITED?WE HAVE TO TAKE MAJOR STEPS TO STRENGTHEN THE NATIONALISM FEELING OF UNITY OF OUR NATION.

IF WE WILL NOT LIVE AS A NATION  THEN WE WILL DEFINITELY HAVE TO FACE A CIVIL WAR WHOSE STRESS THE NATION WON'T BE ABLE TO BEAR AND THEN DUE TO IT THE SPIRIT OF THE NATION WILL DIE A WORST DEATH EVER! AFTER THE WAR INDIA WILL BE DIVIDED AMONG MANY DIFFERENT COUNTRIES WHICH MOST OF THEM WILL NOT HAVE A SUPPORT AND FROM AN DEVELOPING COUNTRY THEY WILL BECOME AN UNDERDEVELOPED NATION LIKE UP,BIHAR,HIMALAYAN STATES PROVINCES AND NORTH EAST PROVINCE STATE NATION/NATIONS, AND SOME NATIONS MIGHT ALSO BECOME DEVELOPED ONES LIKE SOUTH INDIAN COUNTRIES AND, GUJARAT,PUNJAB,ETC.THIS WILL DEFINITELY HARM MANY PARTS OF THE NATION AND MANY STATES LIKE HIMALAYAN STATES AND NORTHEASTERN STATES WILL BE COMPLETELY DOMINATED BY THE CHINESE,AND THE PAKISTAN.AND SOON THE NAME OF THE INDIA WILL EVER REMAIN IN THE PAGES OF OUR HISTORY BOOKS.IF TIS WILL HAPPEN INDIA WILL BECOME SAME AS IT WAS BEFORE INDEPENDENCE -DIVIDED AMONG DIFFERENT STATES.AND WE ALL KNOW WHAT HAPPENED LATER ON.

SO PLEASE TRY TO UNDERSTAND THAT WE ALL TOGETHER ARE A VERY BIG NATION WHICH AN OUTSIDER CAN'T BREAK BUT INSIDERS CAN.
SO MY POINT IS THAT-

WHAT IS THE PROBLEM WITH OUR NATIONAL ANTHEM?

ITS A VERY BIG PROBLEM.WE ARE NOW INDEPENDENT AND NOW WE ARE FREE OF ANY FOREIGN RULE. WE HAVE FREEDOM TO DO ANY THING AND KEEP A RESPECT FOR OUR NATIONAL ANTHEM ,BUT FOR WHOM WE ARE SINGING THAT NATIONAL ANTHEM?I GUESS THAT MOST OF YOU WILL THINK THAT ITS A RESPECT FOR OUR NATION AND OUR NATIONAL AND CULTURAL HERITAGE.WE ALL KNOW THAT NATIONAL ANTHEM OF INDIA WAS WRITTEN BY RABINDRA NATH TAGORE .BUT FOR WHOM DID HE WROTE IT? HE ACTUALLY WROTE IT FOR WELCOMING A BRITISH GOVERNER TO INDIA.FOR PROOF -
1.''JANA,MANA,GANA,ADHINAYAK JAYA HAI;
    BHARAT BHAGYA VIDHATA.''
-HERE HE SAID THAT YOU ARE WELCOME THE RULER OF INDIA'S PEOPLE,THEIR MIND AND THEIR RULEAND YOU ARE OUR FUTURE MAKER AND ONLY GUARDIANAND THE SUPPOURTER.
2.''PUNJAB SINDH.........................................................TARANGA.''
-HARE HE SAID THAT YOUR NAME IS AROUSED IN THE HEARTS OF PUNJAB,SINDHU,GUJARAT AND MARATHA OF THE DRAVID,UTAKAL AN BENGAL AND ECOES IN VIDHYAS AND HIMALAYAS .THE MUSICOF YOUR NAME MINGLES IN THE RIVERS JAMUNA AND GANGA AND IS CHANTED BY THE WAVES OF THE INDIAN OCEAN.
3.''GAYE..................................................................................JAYA HE''
-WE PRAY FOR YOUR WELL BEING AND ALWAYS SING YOUR PRAISE,LIVES OF ALL OUR PEOPLE IS IN YOUR HAND.YOU ARE THE DISPENSER OF INDIA'S DESTINY AND FOR YOU IS ALWAYS A VICTORY.
                       SO FROM THE ABOVE DISCUSSION WE CONCLUDE THAT OUR NATIONAL ANTHEM WAS ORGANIZED FOR A BRITISH GENERAL BUT NOW ITS BEING USED SOLEMNLY FOR THE UNITY OF INDIAN SUB CONTINENT AND LIES HEREIN AS THE NATIONAL SYMBOL OF UNITY WHICH SHOULD NOT BE DESTROYED AND INSTEAD OF RELYING ON THATBITISH GOVERNER AND CONVERT IT TO AS INDIAN CULTURE ,HERITAGE AND CONSTITUTION.

WHEN WILL INDIA BECOME A DEVELOPED NATION?

WE ALL ARE LIVING IN A DEMOCRATIC NATION AND AS WE ALL HAVE READ THE DEMOCRATIC HISTORY,WE CAN VERY EASILY SAY THAT THE DEMOCRACY IS THE BEST FORM OF THE GOVERNMENT BUT ITS MAIN DISADVANTAGE IS THAT the progress of the nation becomes slow which can be refilled only when THE YOUTH OF THE COUNTRY WILL TAKE ITS POTENTIAL IN THE GROWTH OF THE COUNTRY AND NOT WORK FOR THE GROWTH OF OTHER ALREADY DEVELOPED NATIONS.AS WE SEE OUR POPULATION IS MORE FILLED WITH YOUTH AND TEENAGERS AND THEY ARE OUR FUTURE WHO CAN ONLY CHANGE THE FUTURE OF THE NATION.ALONE A PM WITH NO POTENTIALS OF YOUTH WILL BE NOT ENOUGH IF WE HAVE GOT AN OPPORTUNITY AND HOPE THEN WE SHOULD PROGRESS IN EVERY FIELD SO THAT THE NATION CAN PROGRESS AND WE WOULD BE RECOGNISED AS THE BIGGEST WORLD POWER.BUT OUR YOUTH,TEENAGERS AND CHILDREN NEED TO BE EDUCATED SO THE NATION WOULD PROGRESS.

THERE ARE MANY REGIONS WHERE CHILDREN ARE NOT ALLOWED TO GO TO SCHOOL AND MOSTLY GIRLS.ISN'T IT THE MAIN REASON THAT POVERTY IS THE MAIN PROBLEM ,BUT AT SOME PLACES WHERE THE PARENTS WANTS TO SEND THEIR CHILDREN TO SCHOOL AND EVEN the children are very keen to study and AND GIVE THEIR HANDS TO DEVELOP THE NATION.BUT AT THOSE PLACES THE GOVERNMENT DOESN'T WANT TO MAKE THE CHILDREN EDUCATED.SOMEWHERE THERE IS NO ROAD ,NO LIGHT AND AT MANY PLACES IN RURAL AREAS ARE NO SCHOOLS.IF THE NEW GENERATION WONT BE EDUCATED NATION WONT PROCEED, BESIDE HAVING SUCH A LARGE POPULATION IF WE WONT BE EDUCATED THIS RESOURCE WILL BE EXPLOITED AND THEN WE WONT HAVE MUCH SKILLED LABOUR TO RUN THE NATION.

THE CHILDREN WILL CHANGE THE NATION ,BUT IF THE GOVERNMENT WILL SUPPRESS THE SKILL OF THE NATION THEN HOW WILL THE NATION PROGRESS AND BECOME A DEVELOPED NATION.AS WE ALL KNOW THAT IN DEMOCRACY THAT THE DEVELOPMENT RATE INCREASES VERY SLOWLY AND THAT SPEED CAN BE ONLY INCREASED WHEN THE YOUTH ,WHICH IS THE MAJORITY OF THE COUNTY WILL HAVE A RECREATION IN THEIR MIND TO DEVELOP AND HAVE A RENAISSANCE FROM THE CONVERGENT THINKING TO DIVERGENT THINKING.

The Indian youth have very much potential if we look upon the migration ratio of young Indian students and professionals after the engineering and management studies it is quite surprising that the top students of IITs and IIMs goes to foreign countries because they are getting better salary packages there in turn these bright minded youth helps a lot in the development of various fields in those foreign countries. The demand of Indian software engineer is very high in the countries like USA,UK,Canada and Singapore so you can imagine how much talent and potential these young Indian professionals has? Many young Indian scientist are working in NASA and as we all know that two of NASA based Indian astronauts Kalpana Chawla and Sunita Williams went to space also with the team of NASA astronauts. Thus the matter of fact is Indian young minds have better skills and talent in various field and if they get better opportunity in our own country the migration of young minds will reduce upto much extent. If they get paid according to their skills and contributions towards the organization then they will not leave their motherland whereas they will work for their own country. For any country the youth resource is the best resource and fortunately here in India we don’t have lack of this youth resource. The youth have the ability to change the system into best suited for all people.

ITS TIME TO SPEAK UP AND FIGHT FOR OUR RIGHTS AND JUST DON'T DEPEND ONLY ON THE GOVERNMENT AND TRY TO FIND OUT THE WAY OUT OF THIS MESS THROUGH WHICH THE COUNTRY IS PASSING THROUGH.ITS OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO USE OUT NATURAL AND HUMAN RESOURCES EFFECTIVELY AND EFFICIENTLY AND CARING THE ENVIRONMENT SIDE-BY-SIDE.WE SHOULD CHECK THE CORRUPTION EVERY DAY FIRST IN OURSELVES AND THEN AMONG OTHERS THEN ONLY WE CAN PROCEED FURTHER AND BECOME A DEVELOPED NATION.

WHO WILL SAVE OUR CULTURAL AND NATIONAL HERITAGE???????????

INDIA IS SUCH A BIG NATION.EVERY OTHER NATION RESPECTS HER CULTURAL,NATURAL AND CONSTITUTIONAL HERITAGE. INDIA'S VAST LAND MASS,ITS POSITION,ITS BIODIVERSITY,ITS CULTURE,AYURVEDA,,ITS DIVERSE FEATURES,AND DIVERSE SPECIES MAKES IT UNIQUE. THIS BIG AND DIVERSE COUNTRY'S UNITY AND FUTURE LIES IN THE HANDS OF ITS YOUNGSTERS.RIGHT NOW THEY ARE IN THE MIDDLE OF THAT FRAGILE WAR TO CHOSE EITHER THEIR CULTURE AND IDENTITY OR CHOSE THE CULTURE AND IDENTITY OF THE WEST.THEIR BRAIN WANTS TO OPT FOR MORE ADVANCED WESTERN CULTURE BUT THEIR HEART WANTS TO REMAIN SUB-CONTINENTAL AND HAVE THEIR OWN IDENTITY.
UN HAS DECLARED MANY CULTURES,LANGUAGES,AND RELIGIONS AS ENDANGERED AND MOST OF THE ENDANGERED PERCENTAGE LIES IN INDIA ITSELF IN THOSE CULTURES WHERE THERE ARE MOSTLY YOUNGSTERS.
WE CAN TAKE AN EXAMPLE OF TWO PAHADI COMMUNITIES-GARHWALI AND KUMAONI.THESE TWO COMMUNITIES TOGETHER FORMS A STATE OF UTTARAKHAND.

AS SAME AS LIKE THE OTHER COMMUNITIES OF INDIA IT IS MORE POPULATED BY YOUNGSTERS AND SEES THEM AS THEIR FUTURE.THE TWO CULTURES ARE CONSIDERED ENDANGERED BECAUSE THEY FIT EQUALLY IN ALL THE LEVELS OF ENDANGERED FILLS.IF YOU SEE THE CLOTHINGS EVEN THE TRADITIONAL DRESS OF MEN IS COMLETELY UP STYLE NOW.THE TRADITIONAL GARHWALI GOL TOPI AND KUMAONI TOPI ARE NOT IN EXISTENCE AND THEIR PLACE HAVE BEEN REPLACED BY HIMACHALI TOPI UP'S TOPI AND NEPALI TOPI.

IN CASE OF FEMALES THERE IS A TYPE OF VERY BIG NOSE RING WORN BY THE FEMALES OF BOTH GARHWAL AND KUMAON BUT NOW IT HAS JUST BECAME AS THE SIZE OF AN ORDINARY INDIAN NOSE RING.

THERE IS A TYPE OF ODHNI CALLED PICHODA WORN BY BRIDES IN KUMAON.IT WAS CONSIDERED TO BE EMBROIDED WITH GOLD AND SAFFRON.THERE WAS ALSO A CUSTOM OF PASSING IT ON TO FROM GENERATIONS TO GENERATIONS,BUT NOW IT IS VERY FAST DEPLETING.IF WE ASK ABOUT ITS DANCE FORMS,THE TRADITIONAL DANCE FORMS LIKE THADIA TANDI CHAUFLA,RASO,ETC. ARE VERY scarcely USED IN THEIR ORIGINAL FORMS.IF WE TALK ABOUT FESTIVALS THIS REGION IS FILLED WITH DIFFERENT REGIONAL FESTIVALS WHICH CAN VARY FROM ONE MONT TO EVEN 12 YEARS.IF YOU COME HERE YOU WILL NEVER GET BORED BECAUSE OF ITS BEAUTY,COLORFUL CULTURE,VADIS AND ADVENTUROUS SPORTS AND MUCH MORE.

THE COMMON FESTIVALS LIKE DIWALI,IS CELEBRATED IN THE WAY DIFFERENT FROM OTHERS IN WHICH BHAILO IS PLAYED IN WHICH THE FRUITS AND BARK OF THE CHIR PINE ARE USED LIKE CRACKERS.

THIS IS ALSO VERY HARDLY PLAYED. IF WE TALK ABOUT THE REGIONAL FAIRS AND FESTIVALS THERE ARE FESTIVALS LIKE PANDAV NIRTYA CHAKRAYUH,GHUGUTI,KANDALI,DEVTA DOLI MOVEMENT PROAGRAMES,ETC.

BUT THESE FESTIVALS AREALO GETTING WORN OUT DUE TO URBANIZATION AND INCREASING IMPACT OF FOREIGN CULTURE.AND MOST SHOCKING THING IS THAT NANDA DEVI RAJJAT WHICH IS THE BIGGEST FESTIVAL OF THE STATE WHICH HAS NO OFFICIAL HOLIDAY IN THE STATE IS NOT EVEN CONSIDERED AS A FESTIVAL BY SOME LOCALS.GOVERNMENT SHOULD AT LEAST GIVE AN OFFICIAL HOLIDAY FOR THIS IN THE STATE AS IT HAPPENS AFTER EVERY 12 YEARS AND IS OFTEN CONSIDERED AS THE HIMALYAN KUMBH.

BUT CANT IT BE OKAY TO SIMPLIFY A CULTURE?I MEAN THAT IF MAN IS MODERNIZING SO WHY NOT ALL? ON HAVE TO CHANGE ITSELF FROM TIME TO TIME SO THAT HE CAN SURVIVE.I HAVE AN EXAMPLE.THERE WAS A VILLAGE IN WHICH THERE WAS A FOREST OF FRUIT BEARING PLANTS WHOSE FRUITS WERE VERY DELICIOUS AND NUTRITIOUS.PEOPLE STARTED HAVING THEM IN THE PLACE OF THEIR REGULAR MEALS DUE TO WHICH THE FOREST ALSO STARTED GETTING DEPLETED.TO PREVENT THIS GOD SEND HIS RULES DOWN TO STOP OVER EATING THE FRUITS AND MADE A RULE THAT ONLY ONE FRUIT WILL BE EATEN BY THE PERSON AT ONE DAY.PEOPLE STARTED FOLLOWING THAT RULE AND AS THEY WERE ADDICTED TO THAT FRUIT AND ATE ONLY THAT FRUIT AND THUS BECAME FRAIL.ON SEEING THIS GOD AGAIN GAVE HIS ORDERS TO UN FOLLOW HIS RULES BUT NOW THE PEOPLE SAID THAT IT IS OUR CUSTOM AND WE WON'T LEAVE IT AND AS A RESULT THE PEOPLE OF THAT REGION SOON DIED A FRAGILE DEATH.
SO FROM THE ABOVE DISCUSSION SHALL WE FOLLOW OUR ENDANGERED CULTURE OR LEAD THEM TO DIE A BAD DEATH?
IF WE WON'T FOLLOW OUR CULTURE AND TRADITIONS THEN WHO WILL SAVE OUR CULTURAL AND NATURAL HERITAGE?

Will the good days ever come to India??????????????????????????????

 Will the good days ever come??????????????

As we all know that BJP has won the elections and now every where most of the people are saying that in the government which will be led by Narendra Damodar Modi will be great as they think as if now everything will be all right and poverty lack of water and food will be solved and other problems too, but are we sure that this will definitely happen. Just take the example of our state Uttarakhand.When B.C. Khanduri was our C.M he introduced a lots of good development schemes. He is currently the 'sansad' from pauri garhwal seat.at his time uttarakhand's trade,tourism and income and capital increased tremendously unlike other states and even the rate of unemployment too decreased which lasted till 2011 as per the series of continuous forest fires and flood which caused a heavy damage in the state.

therefore its easy to revolutionize the state like uttarakhand or gujarat but its too difficult for anyone to revolutionize the whole nation.one can remove poverty ,unemployment,etc much easily in a state rather than the whole nation.but some times there are certain 'high order politicians' who usually suppress the lower level of cm's .For instance when ther was the proposal for the built of tehri dam ,the whole of the uttarakhand revolted as it was their cultural and identical heritage . it was the capital of garhwal and had a very important role in the economy and culture of the state. whe tehri dam was bilt it swallowed the city along with the great fort of garhwal and the badrinath temple. but the narmada bachao andolan was successful.isn't there any similarity between the two and so then how was narmada bachao andolan successful but not tehri bachao andolan?
Every where is the corrupt government mechanism, whether it is norht or south or east or west or bjp or congress or others.now when the tehri dam was built and it started making electricity people of that region had a hope that electricity is not much far from them but years passed away and still the villages are not accessible to electricity. so where is that electricity now. answer is that the electricity is supplied to the other rich states by central government.uttarakhand is a very dangerous area of earthquakes.all the rivers of Uttarakhand are now almost blocked and whenever any earthquake comes the whole uttarakhand will be washed away, and cause too much heavy floods in southern himachal, east haryana,alost complete                                 delhi,UP,bihar,jharkhand,west bengal,bangladesh.

 due this flood there will be a heavy losses which the country will not be able to sustain.government does not cares who dies or what happens to the economy every one either wants money and if they want development they want it to be limited only to their region.even when indira gandhi was our PM our country flourished buth then also she was assassinated.so how can the new government be considered?

i will tell you whats now going to happen -gorkhaland and telengana

supporters will, ask for another state and this suggestion will be neglected and will finally result in the death of many hindi-speakers. will they be able to remove poverty? will the country become developed? will there be good days in the lives of common Indian?

                    That Way God
god!the way is dimple round;
no other way can be ever found;
why you gave it so hard;
to travel across the sea of pard;
none i'd travelled,than i go;
to my feathers, wind so low;
what a great misery has been;
but the hope has washed the lean;
never i'd thought of any sought;
ever today i'd been in  a naught.

                                The old lady and her lad

The day was like a smogy way;
With old lady in a cheerful hay;
        nearly without any slippers;
        and not even a poor's hood;
the day was just opposite to may;
with every heart saying nay;
        none dared to gave her any good;
        nor me even by a caring would;
unlucky was my might;
or it was just a sudden fright;
        just listening to the jellicle sound;
        never met her any way round;
she became grandma for me;
but i was not able to be a lad for her.

Dargeeling ,Garhwal ,Kumaon ,and Nepal- what's the mess

History is proof Nepal was a great country, is a great country. Its eastern border was Kamaru Kamakshya, southern border Katur and western border was Kangada. This has been mentioned in 81st chapter of Skanda Puran and 1000 B.C. Old Atharba Veda, Kautilya’s Arthashastra. It has been mentioned in the inscription of emperor Samundragupta in Illahabad, that the border of Nepal was Kamaru in Kamakshya in the east, Pataliputra Katur in the south and Udhampur in the west. Kamaskhya is the capital of Assam, Pataliputra is Patna. Katur is near Illahabad and Udhampur is north-west Bengal. This inscription is 350 B.C. Old. Nepal was immense then. This was the period when the Kirat Rule was in its last days and the Lichhavis were emerging. When the latter became weak, the country got divided into 53 pieces.

Great Late King Prithivi Narayan Shah, with his indomitable courage, initiated the campaign to unify the state that had been divided into 52 principalities. His knowledge of history and mythological stories inspired him. In 1799 B.S. he ascended the throne. He won the neighboring Nuwakot just after one year it. The unification campaign started thus. Then in 1819 B.S. he annexed the Makawanpur ruled by Sen rulers, which inspired him to win Kirtipur 1823 B.S. Then in 1825 he won Kantipur Lalitpur and Bhaktapur in 1826. He then unified the Kathmandu Valley and made Kathmandu the Capital of Nepal. Then he set for the east and won Chaudandi in 1830 B.S. In 1831 he annexed Bijayapur and extended the border in the east around Mechi area. After he died his eldest son Pratap Sing Shah annexed Chitwan. But he died soon and Rana Bahadur Shah, who was a minor, ascended the throne. Acting on his behalf, Queen Mother Rajendra Laxmi took the state power in her hand and continued the unification campaign. By 1842 B.S., she annexed Lamjung, Tanahun and Kaski belonging to “24 Principalities”.  After her death, the youngest son of Prithivi Narayan Shah, again acting on behalf of Rana Bahadur Shah, the youngest son of Prithivi Narayan Shah, continued the campaign and won three-fourth part of Sikkim and extended the eastern border to Tista River.
Bahadur Shah then set for the west, By 1844 he won the “24 Principalities”.  He attacked the “22 principalities” and won Karnali region conquering Jumla. In 1847 he won Doti state and extended the border in the west to Karnali River. In the same year he attacked Almoda, capital of Kumaon and won it. The following year he attacked Shrinagar, the capital of Gadhwal and made it a subordinate state. But due to war with Tibet the unification campaign had to be stopped. The Prime Minister Bhimsen Thapa and Commander Amarsingh Thapa led the campaign that had been disrupted by the death of Bahadur Shah. In 1861, Shrinagar was attacked again and Gadhwal was fully annexed into Nepal.
Thus, the border in the west extended to Jamuna River. Immediately after, Nepali army crossed the river and annexed many small states lying between Jamuna and Sutluj River. In 1863 Amarsingh Thapa crossed Sutluj river winning various places and attacked Kangada. But the Nepali army that had crossed Ravi River could not win Kangada fort. Nepali army kept under seize Sansarchand, the king of Kangada in Kangada fort but could not penetrate it for four years. Finally, the King of Panjab Ranjit Singh came to his rescue and war ensued. Consequently, Jwalamukhi Treaty was signed and Nepali army was compelled to retract to Sutluj River.

The unification campaign initiated in 1799 by Prithivi Narayan Shah by 1863 had resulted in a great Nepal extending from Tista in the east and Sutluj in the west.

1st Nov 1814 A.D.
In 1st November 1814, when General Hastings, on behalf of East India Company, British attacked Nepal from five different places. Out of five, Nepal lost in two and won in three. General Amar Singh was in charge of safeguarding the far-west. He commended his troop from there.  The British General Octorioni tried to entice him by offering to make him ruler of western part of Nepal.  But he refused and fought bravely. When the British found it impossible to seize Sutluj, they entered Nepal through another place Nalapani. From October to November 1814 A.D. along with General Gilespy, about 1000 Brithsh were killed in clash between Nepalese and British East India Company, which is now known as Battle of Nalapani. British have constructed the monuments in the honor of their brave enemies.

The Deuthal fort of Malaun, After the battle of Nalapani, the final war between Nepal and East India Company occurred. After the British became successful in capturing this fort using all their strength, the brave Bhakti Thapa, who was over 70 years old, re-attacked the British to regain the control.  He died during the battle. Nepal had to lose this war and was forced to sign treaty of Sugauli.
December 2nd, 1815 A.D. a
On the day of December 2nd, 1815, Sugauli treaty was signed between ChandraShekhar Uphadaya and Gajraj Mishra, who represented Nepal, and Lieutenant  Colonel Bradshaw, who represented East India Company. As per this treaty Nepal had to lose plain land lying between Kali and Rapti Rivers, all plain land lying between Rapti and Gandaki Except Butwal, the plain land lying between Gandaki and Koshi, the plain land stretching between Mechi and Tista, all territories east of Mechi and west of Kali.
There is no mention about our border up to Sutluj river in the treaty. It is simply said that the king of Nepal was forbidden to make any kind of contact to the people residing west of Mahakali river. But it has not been specified the borders of Nepal in the West. In an agreement or it can also be called a treaty conducted between the commander of Nepal Amarsingh Thapa and then Commander of Britain Octorioni on May 15th 1815, it has been categorically mentioned that the area lying between Mahakali and Sutluj belongs to Nepal. This provides evidence of the real border of Nepal. There was a provision that the treaty would have to be signed by the king of Nepal and submit it to Bradshaw within 15 days. Since the king of Nepal was unsatisfied that Nepal was about to lose a large portion in the Terai (Plains), the Brithsh send the message to the king of Nepal, that some of it would be given back to Nepal. Finally, the treaty was concluded on 8th December 1857 in Makawanpur. Nepal was to regain areas between Koshi and Gandaki and Gandaki and Rapti.
In 1857 there was a mutiny against the East India Company in India. Jung Bahadur, then the prime minister of Nepal, supported the East India Company. He sent Nepali army to crush the mutiny. The British became happy with this and gave back some parts of the Terai (Plains) that the Nepal had lost in the Sugauli treaty. Nepal took the present shape only after it twice regained the parts of the Terai it had lost in the treaty.

Britain should take responsibility of the territories Nepal has lost due to the treaty of Sugauli. East India Company was an authoritative institution of United Kingdom. Therefore, even though Nepal has signed the treaty with former, it is tantamount to signing it with latter. India was freed though an act called India Independent Act was passed by the British Parliament. This implies that the government of United Kingdom is directly responsible for the treaty of Sugauli. Since it has left the territories of a sovereign country (Nepal) in the state of indecision until those territories are acquired back by Nepal, the The United Kingdom should take the responsibility of them, and play an important role in this.
When the British were about to quit India, the British had expressed their intention of giving back those territories to Nepal. It had suggested that Nepal make a demand to that effect.
A tripartite treaty was signed about Gurkha Recruitment but all remained scilent about the Nepali Territory.

1815
In 1815 the British not only took our land but also our men (Gurkhas).  Gurkhas became the paragon of valiance won numerous battle for the British in First and Second World War.  When the British were about to leave India, it was decided that the Gurkha soldiers be divided between Britain and India. Nepal was also included in the treaty at Kathmandu November 9, 1947. But no one said anything about the lost territories of Nepal.
Nepal was included in the tripartite treaty because both Britain and India needed Gurkhas for their army. Britain now did not require the territories it has seized. India didn’t want to give them back. Nepal did not want to raise the issue. Thus our land was left with in india. But Gurkha Army was divided.

Article 8 of the treaty of 1950 has annulled Sugauli Treaty. In 1950 Nepal-India treaty is a treaty between a newly-born country India, which was born in 1947 August 15 and Nepal, which had remained independent for hundreds of years. Nepal had done the treaty of Sugauli with the British government.  The treaty had squeezed its border from Tista and Sutluj to Mechi and Mahakali.  The territory Nepal had lost had been annexed to the British Empire. One part of the British Empire was India.  When a country called India was formed in 1947, Nepal signed a treaty with it in 1950. If the two countries had signed a treaty before the treaty of Sugauli mentioning that they would ratify the latter, then Mechi and Mahakali would have been acceptable as the border of Nepal. Nepal and India have never done any treaty ratifying the treaty of Sugauli. Furthermore article 8 of the 1950 treaty has annulled all the treaty signed by the British on Behalf of India. The treaty of Sugauli was signed with British Government. Thus the 1950 treaty annuls the treaty of Sugauli. This implies Nepal get back the territories lost due to the Sugauli Treaty.
Article 8 of 1950 Nepal Britain Treaty has annulled the treaty of Sugauli. Nepal also signed a Peace and Friendship treaty with Britain in October 1950. In That treaty too it has been mentioned that all the treaty signed hitherto would be annulled. Thus, Britain also has officially rescinded the treaty of Sugauli. We had lost our territory though treaty we regain through treaty.
Lord Kenning told Jung Bahadur, “Words alone will not be sufficient for the great assistance you have provided us.  You will receive something that will be remembered for long and by all. From the message that has come from Britain, I have learnt that the British government has shown willingness to return all the territories Britain had obtained from Nepal in 1815 i.e. Ghagra in the west, Gorakhpur in the east, Khiragadh and Bahariach in the south and up to the hills in the north.

Nepalese territories are in India as a colony. In Glimpses of the World History, a book written by the prime minister of India Jawaharlal Nehru, it has been clearly mentioned that those territories belonged to Nepal. Similarly the treaty signed between Britain and Sikkim in 1817 has accepted this.
In 1960 UN (United Nation)passed a decolonization resolution. It says that the territory of a country kept as colony by another country must be freed. India should have handed back the territory according to this resolution too. Nepal should have demanded it. But neither of them did so. But still we can present this as strong evidence. The Gorkhaland movement in Darjeeling has clarified that there is no legitimate basis for annex Darjeeling to India.
In 1986 May 12 the Gorkhaland movement began in the district of Darjeeling that lies between Mechi and Tista. Many Nepalese died in the moment. Subash Ghising, the leader of the moment send a letter to the king of Nepal Briendra Bir Bikram Shah Dev pleading that Darjeeling belonged to Nepal and that they were his subjects.  But the king did not send any response. In 1991, Ghising wrote to the Indian Prime Minister to clarify the legitimate status of Darjeeling. He also sent a letter to the then prime minister of Nepal Girija Prasad Koirala. When all went vain, he knocked the door of the Indian Apex Court. When the Gorkhaland movement was going on, Ghising filed a case in Supreme court of India.  He had filed it according to article 1-3-c of the Indian Constitution. Constitutionally, according to the article, Darjeeling would have to be decided as belonging to Nepal. To avert this, the court said that it was political issue. This implied that it would have to be settled politically. So practically, Nepal would never raise the issue.

If Goa and Hong Kong can be regained  why can’t Darjeeling and other Territories be? There is one thing common in the treaty of Sugauli and Hong Kong or Nankin Treaty as it is also called, and that is in both treaties the phrase “in perpetuity” has been used. It implies that those territories china had relinquished to Britain was done for ever or permanently. The same applies for the territories of Nepal. But the point is Hong Kong was returned to China in 1997. But our territory has not been returned.
Those territories of our country that were seized forcefully in 1816 can never become India’s or anybody else’s for that matter according to international law. In the event the people of our country demand it, India will be obliged to give them back. The international community and court must speak in our favor.
